An intriguing wine thanks to an unexpected combination of aromas and the nature of the two black grape varieties: Syrah and dried Malvasia Nera. Aged in barriques for 12 months, bringing all the full body of a mature wine. The name is inspired by the lively Corivanti dancers, unleashed in wild dances to pulsating tambourine rhythms, communicating an unparalleled blend of warm energy.
Concentrated red color with purplish hues. Fruity aromas with hints of cherries, raspberries, and elderflowers. Striking fruity flavor, with lightly mineral notes. Perfect with aubergine parmigiana. Highly recommended with vegetable pasta dishes, meatballs in sauce, mature cheeses, roasted, and meat.
