How do I place an order?
You can browse red, white, rosé, brut bubbly and sweet bubbly, and then add to cart. Or take the stress out of buying with our Discovery Packs! You do not need to create an account to checkout, but it does make the shipping monitoring and re-ordering process easier. Be sure to send your wines to an address where someone 21+ will be available to sign.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Diner's Club credit and debit cards; as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal options. We also offer ShopPay to make saving your card and shipping information fast and easy.
Do I have to order at least a mix of 3 bottles?
Yes. Shipping would be prohibitively expensive if we shipped just one bottle. You can mix & match different products until you reach the minimum order value. Plus, ordering 6-packs ensure that we can give you free shipping! Because, who doesn’t want more wine?
Can I Mix & Match products in my order?
Absolutely! You can mix and match single bottles of wine for your order creating your own mixed case. Also, we offer a variety of packs ready to order! These packs have 6, 9 or 12 wines in them. Some of these packs have 1 type of wine. Some are mixed packs. All are wonderfully delicious.
Can I add a gift note to an order?
You sure can! Be sure to add a Gift Note in the text box available, after adding to your shopping cart. If you need assistance with this or forgot to include the note, don’t hesitate to contact us.
Are your wines vegan?
Our wines are Vegan friendly because we don’t use any animal byproducts in the fining process.

Do your wines contain sulfites?
All wines contain some amount of sulfites because it’s a natural byproduct of fermentation. The amount of sulfites in our wine is well below the maximum and is just enough to make sure that our wine gets to you safely.

How long will it take to receive my package?
Shipping times vary depending on the delivery address (estimated at checkout), and typically range from 2-7 business days.

What does shipping cost for the 3, 6, and 12 bottle options?
We usually offer a flat rate shipping fee of $15. If you order 12 bottles or more, shipping is on us. Additionally, we offer promotions throughout the year where we also provide free shipping on orders of 6 bottles or more.
Extra charge may be applied for US delivery to HI, AK and PR.

Once my order is shipped, how can I track it?
We keep you updated every step of the way! A confirmation email will be sent to you with tracking information. If you have any additional questions or concerns regarding your package, please contact us.

Do I need an adult signature for my delivery of wines?
Someone 21+ years old must be home to sign for your wine shipment. We super-duper highly recommend having your package sent to a business address for signing, to ensure you get your wine with the first attempted delivery.

Can I ship to a work address or PO Box? Any other places I can ship my wine?
Yes, we can ship to business addresses. In fact, it’s the most reliable way to receive your wine! We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. All deliveries require a signature by someone 21+ years old.
Based on the shipping area, our preferred carriers of choice are UPS and FedEx. If you won’t be home or are unable to sign for the package for some reason, UPS’s Hold At Access Point or FedEx Hold at Location services allow you to arrange for pickup at one of their nearby locations on your terms.

What do I do if the wine I receive is damaged? Or it's missing a bottle?
We put the utmost care into packaging up and shipping your wines, but accidents happen from time to time, and there’s no use in crying over spilled wine. Please contact us if your package has a damaged or missing bottle and we’ll coordinate replacing it.
